RETURN POLICY

Our aim is customer satisfaction.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchange after they leave our facility since we cannot guarantee contents have not been compromised. Thus, all sales are final, no refund no exchange.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email or phone for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response in 2 days and You choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping.

DAMAGED ITEMS

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred in transit. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear. If damage occurred to any product(s), please photograph the package and damaged item(s) and notify our customer service team within 24 hours on info@kinkynigeriancurls.com

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received the wrong item based on a packaging error on our part, we apologize and are glad to correct our error. Please contact us within 1 business days of receiving the item based on mail carrier’s delivery confirmation status. We will retrieve the item that was wrongly shipped then ship you the correct product.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please bear in mind that our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been processed.

DELIVERY TERMS / PRICE

We offer worldwide delivery, delivery price and timeframe depends on location, weight and courier option.

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Please add 1-2 business days to the estimated delivery timeframe because the estimated delivery times are after the item has been shipped from our warehouse.

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been handed over to the courier company, usually 1-2 business days after your payment has been received as we need time to process your order for shipping.

 

Within Lagos delivery 1-3 business days

Outside Lagos – 3-5 business days

International delivery- 3-6 business days

Business Days:

Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays.

Processing Time

Orders received between Monday and Friday are processed within 1-2 business days.. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed by Monday.
